Congratulations, Class of 2012!

A new brand of cartoonist for the modern age, like water soaking into a brick road they can bend, fold and melt into any shape. Whether you need storyboards drawn, an advertising campaign mascot, a memoir adapted into a graphic novel or commissioned artwork: These are your go-to cartoonists.

From left to right: Bottom Row; Melanie Gillman, Katie Moody, Amelia Onorato, Bill Bedard, Molly Howard, Adrienne Nunez, Ariel Bordeaux. Second row: Alec Longstreth (instructor), Julie Delporte (fellow), DW, Michelle Ollie, Dakota McFadzean, Nate Wootters, Donna Almendrala, James Sturm, Wade Simpson, Blaise Larmee (Fellow), Rio Aubry Taylor. Three guys in the back: Jai Granofsky, Sean Knickerbocker and Andy Warner.

The Class of 2012 when they first entered the cold, cruel doorways of The Center for Cartoon Studies waaaay back in 2010 with faces so fresh and a lot of hoodies (because parents and partners weren’t present!).

So beware, with a new set of hard-mouthed, steely-eyed cartoonists out the world, you never know. . . around any corner, one might POP out at you!
